1) It's buzzing continuously
2) It squeeks when I roll the mouse wheel
Number one happens continuously.
Number two only happens when I have the built-in speaker plugged in
Tried plugging it into 3 computers, and it's only happening with one of them.
Tried changing the resolution (google said to), but that didn't work either.

Is it a CRT or LCD? As far as the buzzing, if it's a CRT that's just what they do, drives me insane. If it's an LCD, it's likely a bad inverter for the backlighting
As far as the speaker, sounds like it's just a bad design and there's lots of EMI problems. But speakers built into monitors are horrible anyway.

But the point is, it only buzzes on one of my three computers.

Maybe video card? What kind of video card does that buzzing PC have? If its a good video card with build in sound device for HDMI/DVI than that could cause the problem... check the video card website check their FAQ or Forums and see if anyone else gets this... might be the monitor but if it doesent do that on other PC's than i guess its the video card
