8GB DDR2 SDRAM -
750GB Serial ATA/300 7200 rpm -
DVD-Writer (DVD-RAM/±R/±RW) -
Wi-Fi, Gigabit Ethernet -
Windows Vista home premium x64
Nvidia 9500 GS 512mb

I'd be selling the 9500 and getting a 9800GTX or 4850 most-likely

looking to do some pretty heavy gaming and some 3d rendering

That's not bad at all considering the OS is included in the price. Just don't expect to overclock the Phenom x4 very much. You could pick up an HD 4830 instead of a 4850, they're quite a bit cheaper and close in specs.

Does the motherboard support SLI or Crossfire? I'm only reading that it has two PCI-express expansion slots, but that means nothing since it doesn't specify what type...
