That is cheap.
Like $500.
I want a good Nvidia 9___GT Video Card.
I want it to be in a normal tower with a side panel that opens and you can see teh insides of the computer with a blue neon light.
I don't need an included monitor/keyboard/mouse.
I need a standard sound card.
I need 4GB of RAM.
I need Windows Vista Home.
I need Microsoft Office that is lasting forever.
I need standard USB ports and SD port.
I need a power button that closes instantly when pressed.
I need a restart button just like that.
I need a decent motherboard + other shit.
I need it really fucking cheap.

onboard sound is fine, directsound doesn't exist under vista.

go find your own case, the instant shutdown on power button click is a windows setting.

this assumes you take advantage of the mail in rebates, and it doesn't take shipping / tax into account.
