Cheat Engine

I currently have Qwest, and I hate how slow it is. I download at around.. 160KB/S and max is like 170KB/S, although my friend has Qwest and downloads around 450+KB/S. Anyone know why?

Also, what is this:

Downstream Rate: 1536 Kbps

Upstream Rate: 704 Kbps

1536 / 8 = your true speed in kilobytes.

Same goes with Upload.

Seems as your friend has a better plan, or lives near one of their servers..

Eh, shit. He pays the same as me, I think he lives near one of their servers, but I could walk to his house in like 10 minutes. -.-
