Yes, Im going to say what he said^^.
The reason for that is that in every version they make everything better
and add more things. Its just common sence. But I didnt know there's so
many of them.

Directx there is no comparison the higher the better. There is no need to ask that question because directx is specifically designed to make gaming more realistic and by that if you had a lower version it just ruins the experience?

If you do though have a video card that supports Directx 10 go for vista it is worth it if you have the memory to push vista.
