Well, I got a new computer and am having a problem connecting to a IRC server. Currently I'm using X-Chat2 and I have a problem connecting to any server. The AV I'm using is McAfee OAS and FW is ZoneAlarm. I've never really tried McAfee OAS, but I'm pretty sure it's not causing the problem, this is the message when I try to connect to a server:

* Looking up irc.p2p-network.net
* Connecting to irc.p2p-network.net (84.16.245.178) port 6667...
* Connection failed. Error: Connection refused

Is the port open and is your client safe-listed by ZoneAlarm?
