He took a screenshot, then used like paint, or photoshop to crop it.

If you want to do it that way, then you have to go on photobucket or
tinypics or some crap like that. (After taking the SS.)

Heres a quick guide on how to do it with pics.
1. Open up paint, print screen, crop image, and save it.

2. Go to tinypic.com (or any other image hoster) and upload the image.

3. Copy and paste the url you get from after uploading the pic.

4.Highlight and click on IMG.

Not resizing, cropping.
Click on the square dotted thing (the second button on the toolbar called the selector tool)
Then try select around your picture as close as possible, then press CTRL + C

Then on pain click on File > New
You'll see a blank document, then change your attributes to 1 by 1 then press ctrl+V

Your image should be size of what you selected with the selector tool.
