I posted here from a laptop so yea...
My PC ALWAYS shuts down, then start again.
This is VERY irritating, assuming for a fact that I can't use it.
Any help/logical reason why is it like that?

Try turning off automatic reboot:
1. Right-click My Computer, and then click Properties.
(or go to Control Panel -> System -> Startup and Recovery, go to step 3)
2. Click the Advanced tab.
3. Under Startup and Recovery, click Settings to open the Startup and Recovery window.
4. Uncheck Automatically restart check box, click OK.
5. Reboot your computer.
Now, the next time it crashes you should get a BSOD.
Now you can see what is causing the problem, this will help in fixing it.
Fatal errors are usually caused by software incompatibility like corrupted drivers, or overheating.
