what does all this mean?? : CF, PF, AF, ZF, SF, OF
and how is it use in assembly???

They are flags that change how a program's path will go.

e.g if the zf flag is set and the instruction je 00500000 is executed it'll jump to 00500000 but when zf isn't set it'll go to the next instruction
