ok when i tried to ce it it said
changing to dos-16 file structure
1 file<s> copied.
'build' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
The system cannot find the path specified.
i used the newest uce source from the cvs checkout

you need to be in the windows build environment
