Hey guys I need help on where do I start the GTA IV benchmark tool?

I've checked online to look for a solution, but I can't seem to find any.
Is there certain requirements before I can even run that tool?

Referring to the the built-in benchmarking?
That'd be in the Graphics tab in options, should be Benchmarking Tool at the bottom.
(Don't have it installed right now, but going through the pages of options should help you find it.)
