The 350W will be sufficient if you only have an integrated gpu.
Coolermaster is typically high quality.

Get DDR2 800 ram, 1066 is worthless unless you are the overclocking king.

no, but if you don't OC it's pointless having 1066mhz DDR2.
stock FSB for a Q9400 should be 332.5 x 8
RAM should always be linked 1:1 with CPU FSB, meaning your RAM (at stock speed) would only be running at 665mhz
I don't have any experience about Samsung HDs but I'd rather stick with Western Digital.
Integrated graphics are fine but a card with HD capabilities would take strain off of your CPU when playing hi-def films.
PSU should be fine.

Okay, then I'll get 800mhz ram and there cheaper too.
Please answer the rest of my questions.

GMA X3100 sucks! It can't even play Halo 2 at decent settings, much less anything current. You should get a 4670 or a 9600GT. For around $80, it is literally 60x better than the X3100. With those two graphics cards, you can play most 2009 games at 1280x1024 with medium settings.

Okay, now that the psu is settle. I read in a thread in this forum that this guy had vista 64 bit, a foxxconn g31 motherboard, and 4gb of ram. He said that vista says he has 4gb of ram but it tells him it only uses 3gb. Then kls8 said that it was he to limitation of the g31 chipset. Can some veriy if this is true because I was reading the review for my motherboard on newegg but I haven't found those exact words.
