Don't know much about viruses.. It doesnt look like a very serious threat I'd say do a full computer scan and remove it. And if you can't boot into safemode and do it.

Also pull the internet while scanning and removing, close all open ports.

Pull the internet cord out of your comp. Simple as that.
Unforward any ports you forwarded and remove exceptions in your firewalls.

Start Menu > Control Panel > Security Center > Windows Firewall
I suggest you get something like ZoneAlarm.

It is weird... I do not use any special virus scanner, and i never run into virus problems or people attacking my computer!
Though, i know many people who use ZoneAlarm and all those other fun programs, and they freak out daily about intruders from Cairo... Russians looking on port 80 (Which is closed)...
Maybe you are being lied to by ZoneAlarm! Maybe they are scaring you into buying their product!
What i suggest is do everything by hand... I can tell exactly what connections are coming into and out of my computer/router, on what port, which IP and what program they are talking through/to with my computer.
So if you see Fun_Game.exe sending out requests to IPs in Cairo, then you know that shit is actually happening...

Hmm I've actually already got the registered version but I didn't buy it.
The shit stopped after I reformatted. (I was going to anyway.)
