I want to know how to find the address for zoom. When I zoom in does the value increase or decrease, zoom out? what do i search for? 4 byte blah blah, no initial value?

You can do that by simply hexing the executable of the game
Google search for eAthena and you will find a site that has more them you need.

usually zoom values are float and they increases while u zoom out.
