I keepgetting errors when I get to the step of the tutorial where we have to change the code to move on. Now I have a few questions pertaining to this.

First it says to find our address, the value is 100. So I do new search, find all addresses with value 100. Then I click hit me or whatever it is, which normally changes the value, and I get an error. The value does not change. If I select any of the addresses, and try to do what it instructs, and right click and choose find what code changes this or whatever, it works, but when I change it and stop it, and close it I get a new error which matches the note: at the bottom of the tutorial window, something about frozed with speed can make the next button activate to or something.

However, I cannot get the next button to activate, I still do not understand how to change the code and what this does, so I would really like to finish the tutorial and learn this stuff. Any ideas? Is this only with Vista?

go to settings->Code finder, and make sure "Use debug registers" is enabled.
Perhaps you once tried ce 5.3 or an earlier version that doesn't detect vista as a modern os
