Its getting on my nerves
I currently have 3/37gb on it.
My biggest installed program is 200mb, and my installed programs are 1gb total.
I run tuneup and ccleaner, it only cleans like 5mb (sometimes 1gb if IE cache is filled for some gay reason)
Any idea why?

Same thing is happening to my new install of XP on my laptop, but it was an nLite'd disk full of frameworks and shit. I'm making a new one for a baseline later today or tomorrow.

Try defragmenting the drive. It usually helps me a lot
Also try running a scan for viruses and such things.
THey tend to eat up HDD space.

Maybe it's your system restore? I remember there was this option to make a new restore point everytime you install a program, I didnt notice it was on and the day i cleared my system restore, it freed up around 10 gigs of HDD space...

I clear those all the time.
