So I've had GTA San Andreas installed on my computer for a while now and today I just bought a new video card. So when i replaced my old video card with my new one and installed everything etc.. I started up GTA San Andreas and I noticed the graphics were all messed up they were pixely and just screwed up. The game works fine its just the graphics are all messed up and my old video card I had no problems with the game. Can Someone PLEASE help ME

Install your graphics card's drivers. If that don't work reinstall GTA.

Did you delete the old driver's first?
Are you running XP or Vista because San Andreas was made for XP and was released before Vista...
So lots f people have compatability issue's on Vista...
Some people were lucky enough to have driver's that San Adreas could use...

Delete your old and new drivers...
Uninstall SA....
Download the latest driver's off the intenet....
Re-Install San Andreas

What Video Card did u get?

I'm not completely sure if it'll work, but try deleting San Andrea's video configuration file. I'm sure it creates some kind of graphics file to optimize performance on any given system. Hopefully, it will re-create the file afterward, optimized for your new graphics card. The fool-proof way is to do a re-install.
