I am using my friend's CEF account now, 1 month ago, i register an acc, but i could not log in till now, no email was send to me except the 1st 1...now i did another 1...will it be the same thing?

that is because you signed up using a proxy. Most of them are blocked from registration

no i dint use proxy, i use my own modem

What email provider did you use? Did you try using another than the one your are using?
