i made a thread a few months back that asked what was wrong with my CE and the suggestions you guys gave me worked

well now i have new problems
i tried reinstalling CE because it was acting up (closing my windows, screwing up etc etc) and NOW it wont even let me install, when i installed it, it said in a window that came up
"BLAH BLAH BLAH numbers blah blah access denied" well not that exactly but thats the basic window and so now i'm CE-less and this game (epic war 2) is pissing me off. HALP!!!

when installing ce, make sure you do not have any 'online' games running at the same time. If you have the setup will crash with that message

Also, make sure you are on an Administrator account, because some limited accounts can't down CE. Make sure no Anti Virus/Firewall is blocking the download.
