how2find?
I've found some old motherboard discs, and the names are:
AMD-SIS series - AS18, Version 1.8 (ASRock)
Crucial TECHNOLOGY, ATI Driver version 12-004 (Catalyst Driver Suite Includes latest Driver, HYDRAVISION and Multimedia Center)
and
MSI Multimedia - Beyond 3D, MSI, G71-SVPA03C
Thanks.

Check in bios, alternatively check the label on your hardware. It should say somewhere what card it is. (by that I mean use your hands to open the box...)

The chipset model is also your graphic driver.
It's a SIS Xminator II
You can go to the download page for your board and get the drivers from there. CPU-Z already tells you want you have.

Is it an onboard chipset?

From the looks of his GPU-Z it's most likely integrated graphics.
CPU-Z already tells him a "key" number. Google that and he'll see his driver download page.
