Its recently just started and its bugging the shit out of me. I've opened up my side pannel whilst my computer was running and it sounds like the video cards fan is screeching .

Ahh while my computer is lieing on its side. The sound stops but I cant leave it like this its taking up a lot of desk space. Anyone know how I can fix it without having to buy a new video card. I plan on buying a new in about 6 months maybe. But I'll go mentally insane from listening to that sound so yeh.

I'd also like to add the video card sits with the fan facing downwards. Maybe this is causing the weird sound. But then again it only just started to really screech.

I don't have any experience with this but maybe the fan is loose? Try tightening it up. (If you can >.>)

Turn off pc (Also take out powercabel)
Get the GPU out
Check if the fan can spin without touching anything

You don't have to take the GPU out, just check that the fan doesn't touch any of the heatsink,

Mine has always made a noise like this. I can use it to tell the FPS I get in games.
