The endorphins won't unclog the nose. The nose releases more mucus to protect the membrane on the inside and that loosens whatever snot is clogging it.

I was gluing my brothers toy back together when I was sick one day the fumes from super glue melting plastic due the same thing. Although I don't recommend it.
