| Well, I got a Broadband Wireless Gateway router from Rogers, when I had my laptop for a wireless connection, that is returned now. So now I'm sticking with this modem but these past few days the internet disconnects randomly sometimes and its annoying, If I go AFK, to do something for a while and return to my game I'm disconnected . Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Well, if it is just your game then maybe the game has a limit to how long you are idle?
Also, i would contact Rogers if this still persists.
Another thing i would try is to do a cycle. Disconnect EVERYTHING from your modem (if you have one) including power cables. Disconnect EVERYTHING from your router including power cables (and ethernet). Turn off all your computers (might not be needed).
Plug in your modem (if you have one) plug in your router. Hit the reset button on both your modem and router.
Plug the computers in and turn them on.
This is called a power cycle.
If you do not have time to do this and you are lazy... Just try resetting your modem/router.

Thanks the lights seem to be running solid for the last 5 minutes after I reseted it. How can I put security on it, probably someone is using my connection on my street?
