I recommend the 4th build found here, it's about as good as you can get for the money. If you don't need a monitor you could switch the case for an antec 900 or something if you wanted.

Sound Cards and Optical Drives
Life just sounds better in 7.1 surround sound. Audio shapes an experience almost as much as graphics, and the crisp highs and thundering lows of the SoundBlaster® X-Fi™ XtremeGamer sound card pull you into PC games, movies and music with rich, concert-level sound. Of course, you still need the killer graphics, and nothing delivers mind blowing visuals like Blu-ray. Witness true 1080p HD and enjoy a movie viewing experience unachievable by conventional DVDs.

First of all:
Max at ONE ssd drive = 256 GB (cuz it havn't been made any bigger)
12 gb ram = very unnessesry for every normal user.
Also that speed is also unessery all over 1024mhz is.
I will fix an nice build for you tomorrow, cuz im sick and need to sleep (again).
