how come all my port are blocked

Maplestory
8484
8080
8888
7575

Warcraft
6112~6119

they are all blocked for some reason

Probably due to a firewall running either on your computer or router.
Try adding exceptions on ports and applications, or disabling it altogether.

If you have not downloaded a firewall, Windows firewall is probably what's blocking those services.

Start>Control Panel>Windows Firewall

From there you can add exceptions, or disable it completely.

and portfowarded but i still cant host
