Nothing seems to work.

Cmd
Safe mode
Msconfig
System restore

I know there was a program that can do it without that Access Denied crap.

(It is a school laptop)

I don't know how you change the admin pass, but there is a way to get into an account called SYSTEM. Maybe it can help you change the admin pass?

Lol. That's just one reason, but it also causes many other reasons, such as waste of bandwidth, infected computers, more students in trouble, students get bad grades, etc, etc.
