well theres like nothing for less than 600 that one is like the best one i would build him one but my eyes hurt like crap dont feel like looking at a million parts build a computer that he probably wont buy

The one i made is better :S
Better PSU, much better CPU and it is a lil cheaper. So yeah.....

It's not for me, my dads paying for it, he just wants it cheapest as possible.Since we have a tiger direct in toronto, we can go pick it up.

THE CURRENCY IS DIFFERENT, MENG.
just get a budget GPU like a 9600gt, or even lower. CS 1.6 can be run on a sewing machine, and CS:S isn't far off.

But i thought i thought it'd be less that 260 ca$
And seeing his budget of 400 ca$ it was kinda expensive
