Well i tried to install it but EVERYTIME it would have an error and It stops
this is the error log

theres no error code
it just say it has encounter a problem and it uninstall everything

If I am not mistaken the error code it the bolded text in my post, that was in your error log so I do not want to sound rude but please make sure you read everything next time. ^^

do you have any microsoft .net frameworks? I had a similar problem with my old laptop it didnt have any to i had to install the 1.0, then 2.0, and then 3.0 its weird like that...

have you tried downloading a redistributable offline package that has a full download, not just an update - which looks like you're trying to do.

But I thought you could install any version on a typical XP computer without an old one *sigh*

Try updating your Windows Installer to at least 3.1, and try again.

I can't remember the exact error code, but I was having a similar problem last night when I was trying to install 3.5. I went back and re-read the information on Microsoft's website and it said that I needed the latest Windows Installer. So I downloaded and installed Windows Installer 3.1 and tried .NET FrameWork 3.5 again and it worked! So it may be that you don't have the newest Windows Installer on your PC. Try that out and hopefully it will work for you.
