http://img71.imageshack.us/my.php?image=no3drq3.png
Is my graphics really that bad that it gives me this disability?

3D graphic acceleration will be disabled
This computer does not have a 3D
graphic system supported by VMplayer

Now i can't play any online games.

Is there any way to fix this?
Get a newer card that can fit my computer?

Find the VMK for your guest OS.
Turn off your guest OS.
Close VMWare.
Edit the VMK in notepad.

Code:
mks.enable3d = TRUE
svga.vramSize = 67108864
vmmouse.present = FALSE

Install VMware tools as well.

Have you installed any sort of (proprietary) driver for the card?
