Well, I Use AVG Because They Have A Registry Cleaner In Addition To Their AV.

Tune Up Utilities 2008.
Cause it has Disk Defrag and Registry Defrag. It worked for me, cleared up over 4 GB on my hard drive and it made mine ages faster.

CCleaner for "cleaning", and JKDefrag for hard drive fragmentation.

Well, I currently use CCleaner & JKDefrag. For both registry cleaning and defragmentation.

I agree with Firefox here I use both of them and love them I rarely get problems if ever.
