I have a Nvidia Geforce 8200M G. My CoD Multiplayer works perfectly. Unfortunately my Single player doesnt work at all. When i start it my screen just goes black. Help.

It sounds like your config file stores a refresh rate value which is too high for your card. Either that or the resolution has been set too high in the past. Go to:

Program Files\Activision\Call of Duty 2\main\players (I think)

And delete a .cfg file in there which stores your SP config. It will re-initialize with default values on the next run and should work fine. If the problem persists it wouldn't hurt to re-install the game as something is obviously wrong.
