I just did a search and I didn't find anything. Also there is no program called Visual Basic. I am pretty sure it is called Visual Studios.

Um visual basic 6 portable can be found in this thread, and it works on 2000.

How is that portable, the download link took me to the full versions website. Maybe I just have a hard time reading? If so please link the portable version download.
