anyone know a quick and easy way to chang emy ip and my MAC addys? i have a router just to state that... pm or post what ever :p

You can't change the MAC (physical) address of the router. In theory it might be possible with a modified firmware flash, but its risky and not guaranteed to work. That aside, nothing short of changing the router for a new one will solve that.
As for the IP (logical) address, so long as you're ISP allocates an address pool and assigns you an IP dynamically you could get another by power-cycling the router. It might take a try or two depending on you're ISP. Some people get assigned static IPs from their ISP and so you can't do this (its still allocated via DHCP but you always get the same IP back). If its simple web traffic, you can simply proxy the port 80 connection and appear to be connecting from a different IP.
I think thats pretty much it in a nutshell

Tho you can spoof your MAC adress, which is much easier.

Not on the 'router' you can't, which is what he said in his original post. How about reading the post first before trying to sound clever.
