Have you tried SmitFraudFix? Use this in reference with SmitFraudFix.
Try removing these registry entries too!
Delete the following malicious registry entries and\or values:
• Key: software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\explorer\browser helper objects\{00010a21-b924-4cd6-893c-eea1071ae8b3}
Value: @
• Key: software\iemenuextension\toolbar\version
Value: @
• Key: software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\run\ast
Value: @
• Key: software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\runservices\windows32app
Value: @
• Key: software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\run\windows32app

Hope this helps!
& Download HiJackThis and post the log onto here.
Or, if you have the Zlob trojan, refer to this for more information!
Another way would be to download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
* Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
* At the end of the installation, be sure to check/mark the Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
* If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
* Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
* When completed, a log will open in Notepad.
* Post the log back here.
