As title says, it freezes, I don't know what I did to cause this, what should I do?

Reboot in Safe Mode, did you install anything recently? That might be it, so reboot in safe mode and delete it, if not....I dunno =/

You need to separate whether it's a hardware issue or software issue that's causing your computer to freeze.

Backup your data and do a clean install. If you just finish your install and it still freezes then there is something wrong with your hardware.

Check your mobo's capacitors for any bulge and leakage.
