hey guys,i nid to ask something,im using starhub broadband in singapore,it changes ip address randomly,its like 1 user has gt lik 2-3 ip address each for starhub broadbands i tink,and it changes randomly each time i on my modem and i tink one of my address was banned by leetnetwork,causing mie nt available to access tis site,at sometimes the address gt changed to those non-banned address,tats when i get to get into here,i was once banned,and den unbanned,wat i tinking was leetnetwork was like unbanned one of the non-banned ip address??so wat i was trying to ask is,is there any ways tu freeze my ip address at the current 1?which can access to tis site nw,i thought of 1 way was tu nt off my router,but i was tinking will the modem spoil when i on 24/7,or will my modem gets over heated

If you're IP are changing it mean your IP is dynamic, if you would want to change to a static IP; a ip that don't change at all; you will have to call your ISP to ask for it. :]
