Well I have a Canon Camcorder and whenever i import video it is like 30 mb per 10 seconds!

that is way to much

any way to shrink it or make it smaller

see what format it is, .wmv are usually that big try .flv or .avi or even better .mpeg4. FLV is the shortest one because its flash the only problem with them is a lot of software wont play flash movies. Download any flash player and ur good.
