Well i find it scary since when i click a link sometimes it doesn't "load"
well i can click it and it stops immediately and cant get anywhere -.-
its kinda scary feels like i have a virus(not that my pc is any slower)
any body have any idea why this is happening =\

try resetting your connection and give more info, like error messages, any type of messages all that. also try a different browser like google chrome...
also try
Start > Run > type CMD > type ipconfig /renew
