How to make a custom desktop theme, boot screen, login screen etc... im currently using Wincustomize and I have NO CLUE on how to use it correctly, and how to install downloaded themes and etc

like what program it has like 50 the are seperate to download... i just want to edit the bootskin (Doing that now) the Login skin (Done that) and the Theme ( i need the program all i have it windowblinds but it doesnt work for me) and i dont want the editing programs i want the applying programs

Different visual style programs will have its own extension for the themes you apply. You must create your own theme in wincustomize and then you may apply your new theme, otherwise look on the net to check out how to apply a customized theme without any 3rd party software.

StyleXP is an alternative, but you must use style builder in order to edit your theme so you can apply it.
