For these settings in the BIOS, would it be recomended to disable the C1E and EIST?

What settings do you use?

C1E is the state where your cpu speed gets idle and therefore saves energy (or less money on your electric bill).

EIST- The dynamic change in the cpu frequency where the cpu drops to it's lowest capable frequency when not running intensive task and speed back up to full trotle when needed.

I have them all on

Leave them all enabled, unless you're overclocking then disable them all for stability.
