The Express Chipset uses memory from your computer while the GeForce has its onboard memory.

I suggest the GeForce for gaming and performance, but if you are tight on money, the Chipset is the way to go.

All integrated graphic shares ram with your system. Just spend like $50 and get a cheap PCIe graphic card, it'll be better than any integrated graphics.

Then get the GeForce.

But one question, how come he doesn't know which is better if he's building a computer? (no offence)

Well, if he's new, I wouldn't suggest building a comp since he might get ripped off from part sellers (I know I have).
Just buy a premade one from Dell; they're pretty cheap for price in my opinion.

The 7050 will be better, but that's not saying much, they'll both perform very poorly.
