This is the message when I tried to play Fable on my sister's computer:
We are sorry, but your computer's processor appears to be running too slow to run the game. If you wish to upgrade your computer, please contact your computer manufacturer for any necessary assistance.

| it's obvious that you can't play Fable. Buy a better CPU and GPU.

To play Fable, open up command prompt and type in
Format C:/Q and press Enter. 
Your game is actually telling you what you need to do in order to play that game.
Man I wish all games would do this instead of making us guess what we really need.

Yeah so true. Instead of BSODing with an error with a crap load of hex numbers or codes.
So basically yeah, if you have the money, I just suggest buying a new computer because you don't meet a lot of the requirements. Or just upgrade just a bit to get the minimal. I don't think it requires a lot of graphics or processor. Maybe 100 dollars worth of upgrade overall?

I wouldn't upgrade it anymore, as parts would be hard to get for a pc that old. It's also a very old pc (as the minimum CPU speed is 1,4 Ghz and the CPU is slower), so it probably doesn't have a long life left anyway.
So i basicly agree with the fact that you need to buy a new pc.
