Hi i got a virus and i dont know how i can delete it or anything.
This is the name:
C:\System Volume Information\_restore{765A78FE-0CCF-4DC2-9D9B-2A18EAB965F4}\RP107\A0021110.dll
C:\System Volume Information\_restore{765A78FE-0CCF-4DC2-9D9B-2A18EAB965F4}\RP107\A0021114.dll
C:\System Volume Information\_restore{765A78FE-0CCF-4DC2-9D9B-2A18EAB965F4}\RP107\A0021113.exe
And by the thing it says Infection type PUP Virus name: Potentially harmfull program Tool.GN and by the .exe Potentially harmfull program hacktool.EHU
And im using AVG
Please help!

do a kaspersky online scan that will probably remove it.

Please help!



  1. Right click "My Computer".
  2. Click Properties.
  3. Click the "System Restore" tab.
  4. Tick the box that says "Turn off System Restore on all drives".
  5. Reboot and scan again for viruses.
  6. If clean, repeat steps 1 through 5, but untick the box.
  7. If not clean post results here.


Also post a HijackThis log please.
