I'd go ahead and get a cheaper case and PSU, and get a better video card, such as this:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125224

With the MIR it would only be 149, and this card kicks some serious ass.

edit: there is a combo deal with the current motherboard with a PSU, may want to check that out.

I would get a case that's a bit cheaper (Antec Three Hundred maybe). Get the EA500 with the Antec Three Hundred in a combo deal.
I would spend a bit more on the motherboard, get a Gigabyte/Asus P35 or P45/P43 chipset motherboard.
Good choice for the processor, although you might want to try the Q6600 if you find yourself with enough money.
Good choice of RAM.
The Zalman 9700 is a good fan, but it's too expensive for the cooling it provides. Try the Tuniq Tower, Big Typhoon, or the Ultra 120.
Nice choice of hard drive, but you might want to look at other brands (Western Digital for example).
Great power supply, although if you're getting the Antec Three Hundred, the combo deal with the EA500 looks better.
EVGA 8800GS - Similar price, but much faster. If you have more money, consider the HD 4850.
Good choice of optical drive.

if your getting the G-card that superweapons suggested then you don't need a huge PSU like the one you have so something like this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817341012 will work fine.

I'll try putting together a system tell me how you like it... (will edit post if nobody posts after)

Holy shit, you need to buy what I just came up with.

RAM http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820211066

HD http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822136073

GFX http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814161235 (w/ free GRID game;; MIR $20)

CPU http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819115017

MOBO http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131278

BURNER http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16827136149

CASE http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811129042

PSU use the combo with the case.

TOTAL: $690.88
TOTAL WITH MIR: $670.88
TOTAL WITH SHIPPING: $699.85
TOTAL WITH SHIPPING + MIR: $679.85

Saved you over a hundred dollars, and managed to get a Q6600 and a 4850+GRID in there.

The Antec 300 is not a bad case, it is just as good as it's big brother without all of the bells and whistles (LEDs, etc)

I suppose you could get an aftermarket cooler as well, in which case you should switch out the retail version for the OEM version to save ten dollars.

Smile Seriously, I had to go over my list like 20 times just to make sure I wasn't forgetting anything, it was so cheap.

GET THIS.

Hell, I'll probably get this.

Just get the 2nd build then, take off the OS... I only included it to show how much it saves even if you get a legal os.
