Whenever I press the "Ctrls" (each side), the left one opens the internet, which is annoying when playing MapleStory, and the right one opens favorites, hard to copy and paste. Anyone know whats wrong?

Sounds like a virus to me. If you use macros for your PC, make sure you didn't accidentally assign a macro to the ctrls. But otherwise I'd try a full scan using whatever AV you use.

I JUST got a reformatt like a month ago.... I don't think it's a virus.

It's either a virus, or you assigned hotkeys that you intentionally didn't want.

Check the sticky keys, just make sure you didn't screw with it when you accidentally turned something off.

And I did scan, fixed a few things, and still does it.

I have Trend Micro(newest one)
