I have a Compaq Pesario with the graphic card integrated ( ATI Radeon Express 200 Series) . I was planning to upgrade so i can play assassins creed and CoD 4 etc.

What are some graphic cards that i should get also what MB and DDR should i get ?

And R these Ok , or should i get somethin else

-Sapphire Radeon X1650 Series
-EVGA GeForce 7300GT

Get an 8800 from nvidia.

i dont understand what you mean by but i want one with power watts up to 300

but as for buying a cheaper one... you get what you pay for unfortunately, most cheap cards wouldn't play the games you want to play at all and the ones that do wouldn't play them very well

If he upgrades his PSU he can buy a 9600 GT. I bought an OC 512 MB for around 140.
