If you trying to installing a second system search for dual-boot portion makers. If you are trying to get rid of Home and install Pro put the CD in and restart and then just follow instructions make sure you format the drive and not installing on top of Home Edition that will mess up your computer/ |

When you boot up with the cd, you get to choose if you want to delete/make new partion etc.. |

Does the installation get to the part where it gives you options to install or repair an existing installation?
If it does, choose to repair and when you hit the command line type format or format C: (If C: is your disk). |

You have to delete the partition, create a new one under FAT32 (should take a while). Install windows using the boot menu startup. _________________
