its the one that tells you that you have spyware on your comp and you need to dl sumthing.
how do i clean up this mess?

Use norton antivirus scan?
Find the source of that popup message and delete it?

it has blocked everything, i cant acess c drive, and av does nothing...

Shut down
Power up and while you're powering up, keep pressing F8.
Then click on safe mode
Then try it.

What type of windows do you have? If you have Vista just system restore it. If you don't have Vista... then you should just take your PC to a PC "doctor".

Not quite sure what's wrong.

through out your computer
buy a new PC.
problem is solved.

OR

if absolutely nothing is accessible then I just re-install windows from a backup
