In order to know if it "fits", we need the name of your case. All power supplies can work with any type of motherboard (modular). And yes video cards are power hogs, they take up as much as the motherboard. So just get a power supply that is a few watts more then your needed supply, about 50-100, in case you overclock or wanna add something or you are just pushing your computer far.

And a tip is that, the power supply is indeed the most important part of a computer. Don't skimp money on it, if you are just trying to save some money for a GPU or something. Get the best you can afford. If that thing fucks up, it might burn and melt and damage your entire computer.

Here is a picture of my Power Supply.

Apparently it's like a rosewill rv350.
Would it fit?

Maybe my eyes aren't what they use to be. But I don't see any dimensions on that package. And I also need the case that you are using to see if it fits.

From what I think, it's most likely regular ATX size.
Even if the 350W PSU is enough (it probably is enough, although it would be safer to get a 400W), you should take the oft-repeated advice from slovach and Cheetah.
The one Ajax recommended will work just fine.

You can pickup a power supply for $10-$50 bucks if you need to be cheap on it. Just look around on sites, just like Newegg, for retail / OEM power supplies. Keep in mind they might not always be the best brands to go with. You can get yourself a decent one though for fairly cheap.
I would suggest that if you skimp out on the power supply that you do a little more work on that processor. The one you picked out is pretty weak.

^^ Skimping on the power supply is a bad idea in the start... Dont suggest for someone to buy a bad power supply ( risking them ruining all their parts ) to pay more for a part that could get fried with a bad PSU.

I know, we are overclocking it. Someone said they clocked it to 3.2 from 2.0 so that's good.

By skimping I meant price, not quality. An OEM/Retail power supply is just as good and if not better then the big name brand ones. The only thing you pay for with the bigger company power supplies is that pretty little sticker slapped on the side of the metal. I never bother buying any name brand power supply when building a system, and I have yet to have one burn out on me.
I have see name brand ones burn out within months, and have had a friend just recently had his burn out within 4 months of having it.
