What's a good software that'll tell me specifics for my computer? Also, how do I know what kind of RAM card I need so I can upgrade my computer? Thanks.

CPU-Z, Google it, download it. No installation required. Open it, instant detailed information of your computer. Go to memory tab, gives you all you need for memory.
